AMY

Registered Dental Hygienist

Amy has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2011, and was a Certified Dental Assistant for three years prior to hygiene school. She graduated from Bellevue College and Lake Washington Technical College, in the greater Seattle area. After living in Utah, California, and most recently Seattle, she and her husband relocated to Phoenix in 2021 to be near family. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, exercising, traveling, shuffle dancing, interior design, reading, sports, and spending time with her husband and dog.

CRYSTAL

Orthodontic Technician/Dental Assistant

Crystal was born in Whiting Indiana. Crystal’s parents relocated to Arizona when she was 10 years old.

Crystal attended Alhambra High School, after graduating in 1993 she began the Dental Assisting program at Apollo College and graduated with honors in 1994. Crystal has been a chairside/Orthodontic assistant for 30 years. Crystal has worked aside Dr Choules for the past 19 years. Her gentle touch and friendly chairside manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit.

Outside the office. Crystal enjoys volunteering her time supporting our Veterans. Crystal also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Crystal loves to go camping and nature.

DALIA

Dental Assistant

Dalia is a true Arizona native and has no intention of ever leaving! She went to Arizona College of Dental Assisting and has been in the dental industry for 10 years. She enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and snow boarding.

JEANNIE

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jeannie is an Arizona native. She graduated dental hygiene school here in Phoenix in 1998, and has worked for Dr Choules ever since. She loves working for a busy, compassionate office!

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Darren and shih tzu Quyn. She loves the outdoors, crafting, and listening to live music.

MELISSA

Registered Dental Hygienist

Graduated from University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 2004 as a Dental Hygienist. Moved to AZ in 2005 with family. Enjoys traveling and being out in nature.

ROSEMARY

Office Manager

Rosemary was born and raised in California and moved to Arizona 15yrs ago. She started as a dental assistant in pediatric dentistry, and worked her way up to office manager during her dental career. She loves the dental field and is passionate about helping patients find their smile! Rosemary loves the beach, and you will find her cooking and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

STEPHANIE

Stephanie was born and raised in a small town called Deming in New Mexico. She moved to Arizona 11 years ago and has called it home ever since. She has worked in dental for over 7 years and loves everything about it. In her spare time she loves spending time with her new puppy and family and trying new coffee shops.
